Oh the Perils of the Evil VooDoo Donut!

Our last two house guests arrived back last night from their journeys of discovering the Great Northwest and guess what they brought back with them? Voodoo Donuts seems to be a landmark in Portland, Oregon that all visitors have to say they visited and the proof is sitting on my kitchen table and in my blood sugar numbers this morning.

After a long day of house work and extended time in the garden cutting down more overgrowth I was proud of both my activity and diet all day until those evil little donuts arrived in my home. All I can say is YUM.
